John’s Native American flute songs on Healing Waters are accompanied by a variety of soothing natural sounds. These beautiful nature sounds include the quiet healing sound of brooks and streams found in some of the most remote regions of the Southwest.
Many of the birds were recorded amongst the Mesas and Canyons of the Southwest. Red Rock Crossing, pictured below, was a favorite spot in the 80’s and early 90’s to record not only the sounds of birds and water but his flute songs as well..
